Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Rooted Truth Healing, we value your time and are committed to providing each client with a dedicated and intentional space for their appointment. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for you, please review the following Cancellation & Refund Policy before booking your session.

Cancellations

All bookings are considered final, and payments are non-refundable once an appointment has been booked. Clients are encouraged to review their schedules carefully before completing their purchase.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointment up to two (2) times, provided each rescheduling request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be accepted, and the original booking will remain subject to this policy.

Once the two permitted rescheduling changes have been used, additional rescheduling requests will not be accepted.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not arranged a reschedule in accordance with this policy, the appointment will be considered a no-show. Missed appointments are non-refundable, and the session fee will not be returned.

Late Arrivals

Please make every effort to be available at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, your session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate other appointments.

For virtual appointments, please ensure that you have a reliable internet connection and are available through your selected method of contact at the scheduled time. Any technical difficulties should be communicated as soon as possible.

Cancellations by Rooted Truth Healing

If Rooted Truth Healing must cancel your appointment and is unable to provide the booked session, you may choose either to reschedule your appointment for another available time or receive a full refund of the amount paid for that session.

Any approved refund under these circumstances will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

All appointments are subject to availability. Once your booking is confirmed, the selected date and time are reserved specifically for your session.
